AIHF Consulting & Development Group aligns with the overall mission and corporate vision of AIHF, a natural extension of the integrative, collaborative approach to delivering individualized services by experienced healthcare industry experts. The Group will continue involvement with the integrative evolution of the AIHF Flagship and assemble teams to guide the development of similar facilities across this and other countries. We offer three models for these facilities:

I. A comprehensive facility, similar in scope and provider mix to the flagship AIHF Raleigh (Link to Flagship), home to 30 provider groups and healthcare businesses. Core components are medical care, nutrition, exercise, wellness, counseling. Likely to range in size from 75,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft.

II. A streamlined model - HealthFit - sized about 50,000 sq ft. Core components are primary care, nutrition, exercise, medical and surgical multispecialty clinic, and retail. Designed to be more replicable with a high level of integrative programs and services, and a consumer driven focus.

III. Anchoring a health village lifestyle campus/community that includes retail and residential. The theme may be living well, living a fulfilled multi-dimensional life. The design will be a hybrid of our two primary models, tailored to meet specific project objectives and market opportunities. Core components will include medical care, nutrition, and exercise. Examples of other businesses to attract to the campus are a neighborhood pharmacy and a healthy foods grocery store. AIHF will bring a distinctive wellness brand, an appropriate level of convenient medical and health providers, and a modern array of lifestyle services and products. The role of the Group will be to seek partnership opportunities that will range from Consulting to Development to Ownership to Joint Venture to Management.
