AIHF Management Services Group offers strategic, operational and practice management services to physician group practices, both to those located in AIHF facilities and beyond. The purpose is to provide services that: I. support and enable innovative and timely strategic planning, II. effect cost savings, cost avoidances, revenue enhancements, operational efficiencies and quality enhancements, and III. provide interim or long-term practice management. The Group will employ its own staff and will also partner with established, successful companies that specialize in select services. The Group is built upon an understanding that the needs and issues of each group practice are unique. The services of the Group are presented in five categories: Business Development, Administrative Services, Financial Services, I.T., Professional Services.
