AIHF Property Management Group offers two distinct service lines that are uniquely intertwined within the mission and concept of AIHF:

I. traditional, basic, all-encompassing property management of the realty investment and
II. administrative and clinical integration.

Our model is specifically tailored to the healthcare industry and was built from the highest standard generic commercial real estate market. The opportunity to manage the property of our flagship from conceptualization through construction and opening to ongoing operations has provided a solid foundation for the Group.

The traditional component of our management package is turnkey in scope, and includes the following disciplines: budgeting and financial management, marketing of the property, tenant recruitment and retention, construction coordination, lease process management, multi-tiered reporting, properties maintenance and repair, utilities oversight, security, contracts management, strategic facility planning and facilitation of accounting, legal and insurance matters. Further, we seek and monitor opportunities for community involvement and opportunities for facilities expansion.

The integrative component of our management package is unique to AIHF. The integrative services program establishes the intent of AIHF to integrate care across product and service lines. AIHF is a distinctive health services concept and business model designed to provide unparalleled coordination of healthcare and fitness in a setting that will attract and retain top providers. The participative structure the Group has established at our flagship, AIHF Raleigh, is a strategic Leadership Group comprised of two representatives from each of the 30 providers and reporting to this Leadership Group are six operational WorkGroups formed around evolving integration priorities. The current WorkGroups are: Best Practices, Community Education, I.T., Marketing & PR, Signage & Patient Navigation, and Safety & Security.
