Overview

Located on the Garden Level and overlooking a five-acre lake, the AIHF Conference Center is a convenient location for your next meeting. Our facility offers 3500 square feet of meeting space with extensive parking and includes:

One large auditorium with a capacity of 300 theater style or 160 classroom style. Three smaller meeting rooms ideal for breakout sessions, each equipped with a boardroom table and a comfortable capacity of 8. A terrace with umbrella tables and chairs, adjacent to the auditorium and parking area. Catering kitchen equipped with refrigerator and freezer, sink, microwave, and 3-pot coffee maker. Technology including LCD projectors, VGA cables, DVD/VHS player, wireless handheld microphone, and wireless presenter with built in laser pointer for effortless presentations.

All rental fees for the Conference Center go directly to American Cancer Society to offset monthly operational expenses. This is made possible through the Society’s partnership with AIHF.

Go north on Six Forks Road for 5.0 mi

From I-40/I-540

Take 540 to Six Forks Road (Exit 11)
Go right (south) on Six Forks Road for 0.9 mi
