Business Description

AIHF Consulting Group will align with the overall mission and corporate vision of AIHF, a natural extension of the integrative, collaborative approach to delivering individualized services by experienced, healthcare industry subject matter experts. The Group will assist individuals, employers, and their employees achieve optimum workplace health, productivity, and effectiveness through the development of key individuals and programs. The Group will also document the development of the AIHF flagship in Raleigh, NC and assemble a team to guide the development of similar facilities in other states and maybe other countries.

Programs & Services

Initially, there are two primary service lines within the AIHF Consulting Group:

1. Executive Development. Organizational Development. Institute Learning.

   Executive Development ..... will focus on the psychological and professional development of an organization's key management talent. Services will include: Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Succession Planning, Executive Search and Development, and AIHF Executive Center Services.

   Organizational Development ..... will focus on the productivity and effectiveness of the workplace and the overall organization. Services will include: Strategic Planning, Board Governance, Organizational Development and Performance, Human Resources (Programs, Service Delivery, Compliance), and Physician, Executive and Board Compensation.

   Institute Learning ..... will focus on the integration of AIHF healthcare & fitness services, the development of  learning and key people programs. Services will feature customized individual and organizational learning and people programs which utilize AIHF resources around prevention, education, diagnosis, treatment and research. For example, a customized program would be designed and implemented to positively impact the cost, quality, outcomes and satisfaction levels of an organization's employee health benefit program by integrating AIHF healthcare & fitness services.

2. Geographic Expansion

   AIHF Consulting Group is the vehicle through which we seek, evaluate, consult, coordinate, establish, manage, and own additional AIHF sites. There will be 3 distinct scopes of service (size) we will roll out, and a variety of ownership models. Our products and services will include:  Feasibility Study, Project Management, Leasing/Development, Core Business Management, Licensing, Real Estate Ownership.
