The AIHF Management Services Organization (MSO) offers practice management and operational services to physician group practices, initially those to locate at AIHF. The mission, the primary purpose of the MSO is to provide services on an optional basis to providers within AIHF, enabling them to achieve cost savings, cost avoidances, revenue enhancements, operational efficiencies, and quality enhancements through economies of scale and the ability to attract management and process experts. The MSO will employ its own staff, will identify best-in-class business partners to offer services not yet available in-house at AIHF, and will develop products and services through joint ventures with AIHF and external entities.
The focus of the MSO is to understand the needs and issues of each medical practice. We work closely with representatives from each practice to meet these needs with the end result of a positive impact to the practice’s bottom line. Realizing that each practice has its own set of unique business needs, all MSO services are offered on an a la carte basis. Each practice has complete flexibility to pick and choose services that will provide the most benefit to the practice.
All services offered by the MSO can be categorized into 6 general service areas: Information Technology, Contracting Services, Business Development, Administrative Services, Financial Services, and Professional Services.
